Sustainable transportation and traffic mitigation are vital components of CVMA’s mission. We are a proud supporter of High Valley Transit, Summit County’s new transportation system, as well as Park City Transit and the Park City and Summit County Bike Share Program, all essential elements of CVMA’s mission to promote alternative forms of transportation.
CVMA also provides Canyons Village Connect, a complimentary shuttle service within Canyons Village during the winter months, and Ride On Park City, a mobile and web-based platform that focuses on reducing single occupancy vehicle trips.

CVMA provides Canyons Village Connect to our members, guests and employees throughout each winter season from scheduled Opening Day – scheduled Closing Day (mid November through mid- April, dates vary from year to year). This complimentary, on-demand ride service is available within Canyons Village at Park City Mountain. Hours of operation will be 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. daily.

Park City Municipal Corporation, in a joint public/private partnership with Canyons Village Management Association (CVMA), Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain, launched Ride On Park City, a mobile and web-based platform that focuses on reducing single occupancy vehicle trips. Now, all Park City-area business are invited to participate. The platform creates a system of rewards and information for travel behavior that benefits the community’s transportation and environmental goals.
Ride On Park City offers employees a suite of options for trip planning to, from and around Park City and Summit County. While the initial launch focused on the trips generated by employees at Canyons Village, Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain and Park City Municipal, the application is now available to other local employers to expand use throughout the community.
Ride On Park City rewards employees for carpooling, taking transit or using an alternative mode instead of driving alone. Several options are available for program administrators including a points-based system to redeem prizes, participate in commuter challenges, giveaways and other incentives provided and funded by the employer.
Visit RideOnParkCity.org and click on CVMA. Sign in and complete your commuter profile. Check out your commute options and explore potential ridematches. Log your alternative trips to earn points toward commuter rewards. Search and then download “Commute Tracker by RideAmigos” in the App Store or Google Play.

Park City Transit has provided fare-free public transportation in the Park City, UT area since 1975. Today, Park City Transit’s 12 bus routes, 150 full-time and seasonal operators, and 50 vehicles help transport residents, visitors, festival-goers, and employees alike year-round. With 13 zero-emission electric buses and other industry-leading technology in our fleet, Park City Transit’s 2.8 million annual riders can sit back and relax while knowing they’re doing their part to reduce emissions and roadway congestion.
Summit County / Park City E-Bike Share Program:
Summit County / Park City is pleased to offer Summit Bike Share. Launched in 2017, with a major stop at Canyons Village Transit Hub, the Summit Bike Share system offers bicycles to their users. It’s easy, fun and comfortable. Summit County follows the trend in active transportation by offering a great transit option
for residents and visitors to explore the city. Summit Bike Share is available 24/7 and is perfect for errands, commuting or recreation. Summit County and Park City have partnered with Bewegen Technologies to operate the best bike share system available. All of our bikes have electric-assist! The electric-assist or Pedelec bikes act like a regular bike and don’t have any complicated gears or buttons to learn. Just simply begin pedaling and the bike will provide an extra boost to get you moving and up hilly terrain without breaking a sweat!Going for a ride is simple – with a network of approximately 20 stations and 190 bikes, riders can register for a Resident/Employee Annual, Monthly and Go Pass on the website or on the Summit Bike Share App. Riders can also sign up for a Single-Trip or a Monthly Pass at a station kiosk and start riding within minutes.
