Powder Restaurant at the Waldorf Astoria will be presenting a decadent three-course prixe fixe Valentine’s Day dinner, beginning with a beef tartare and olive oil crostini, followed by West Coast oysters, burrata salad or duck confit ravioli. Entrée choices will include Wagyu braised short rib, pan seared red snapper or winter squash.
