Local Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Alpin Gin
- .5 ounce Wasabi-honey Simple Syrup (wasabi optional)
Other Ingredients
- .5 ounce lime juice
- 1/4 green apple, thinly sliced
- 4 sprigs of dill
- Soda water
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a collins glass. Fill glass with ice and top with soda. Garnish with dill and apple slice.
