- 2 dashes of Honest John Cara Cara Orange Bitters

- .5 oz Averna Amaro
- .5 oz Amaro Nonino
- .25 Spiced Maple Syrup
- 2 Dashes Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters
Method
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice, and stir rapidly for 15 seconds. Julep strain into a chilled rocks glass with a large clear ice cube. Garnish and serve.
